We are a family of companies leading the way in real estate, construction, and technology.  From our founding in 2011, our firm has grown to over 25 employees, 3 offices throughout the country, and a promise to shape the Real Estate and Construction Industry through Technology.

CAMILO GIRALDO

FOUNDER & PRESIDENT

Camilo has over 15 years of combined experience in the Real Estate and Construction Industry as a civil engineer, certified building contractor, and real estate professional with specialization in multiple real estate asset classes. Over the course of his career, Camilo has been involved in portfolios with over half a billion dollars in value, 1 million + square feet of space, and over 1,000 acres. In 2011, while still an undergrad at Florida State University, Camilo founded Destin Group, LLC. This later became the family of companies it is today under Seven Seas Ventures.

 His early days at the college of Civil Engineering were spent researching and developing construction robotics technology, and later forming relationships with the US Government developing solutions for the industry's challenges. This intense curiosity and passion for the future led to Seven Seas third vertical, technology. In 2014, among other 43,000 Florida State University graduates, Camilo was awarded as one of the "FSU 30 Under 30".

    Andrea joined in 2016 and has been involved in multiple departments throughout the years, her main focus is leading contracts.

    CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

    Dollie joined the company in 2015, bringing in over 30 years of experience to our accounting and finance team. She now directs the accounting, acquisitions and finance department.

    Lori joined the company in 2019, bringing in over 20 years of experience.

    Joshua joined the company in 2017, bringing over 10 years of experience on corporate management.

    Kaleb joined the company in 2021. He is retired from the Army, where he specialized in Munitions and Opps.
